We collect information from you when you complete an application form to join Turbary Lake Fishing Syndicate or join our waiting list (by completing a physical form or an online form on our website).

After you cease to be a member of Turbary Lake Fishing Syndicate your data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to perform our administrative and legal duties with respect to your membership and then safely and permanently destroyed.

Your name and email address only will be included in the membership list that is provided to all members with your consent. If you do not have email access then your telephone number will be included, with your consent. Members are required to protect the list to ensure the personal data is not disturbed further. Members are to indicate they are content with this arrangement by signing the Membership Joining and Annual Subscription Renewal Invitation. If your consent is not given then your personal information will not be shared with other members.

Disclosing information to outside parties

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you.
